July, July, Bonuses in July!

Standard

I am a little late to post this BIG announcement, but please bear with me. For the first time ever, Stampin’ Up! is introducing Bonus Dollars for the month of July. For every $50, before tax, purchase will qualify you to receive a Bonus $5 off coupon to use all throughout next month. How exciting is that?!?

This is a great, and very limited, promotion. Have you been wanting some of the new items for the annual catalog released just last month? Well, now’s the chance to get those products. But, remember to keep some on our wish list until August so you can redeem your bonus dollars; and, get even more goodies sent to you. Two chances to receive mail that isn’t bills. Who wants to pass on that?

If you are looking to shop with me, please look me up and search for Hannah Courtright. Or, email me at flourishingcrafter@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist you. These next two months are very exciting. Come shop with me; and, spend your summer doing something you love–crafting.

New Catalog Sneak Peek Project #2…A Little Gift for You

Standard

Welcome to day two of New Catalog Sneak Peek projects. Today I have for you an easy gift card to make.

IMG_2159

This is perhaps one of my favorite projects I have made thus far. I have never made a gift card holder quite like this before. I once used a template I didn’t end up liking, throwing away all the gift card holders I had made. This one, I love. It was easy to make and decorate. I used the Affectionately Yours DSP again, my favorite from the new collection of papers. The stamped saying is from the Love and Affection stamp set. I broke up the stamp, by just inking one word “sending” then inking “a smile your way”after I cleaned the stamp from the first use. It was really simple to do. If you are unsure of free handing the inking, you can cover the words you don’t want with a piece of paper; this allows you to stamp the word or words you want.

YOU CAN MAKE IT:

*Measure and cut

*Score both sides at 1/2 inches.

*Score the center fold.

*Glue the bottom fold sides, then fold at the halfway point, meeting up top.

*Punch in the center, using a 1 inch circle punch, about 1/4 to half way in.

*Ta da! You have a fancy new gift card holder. Don’t forget to decorate the front.

Stay crafty!

New Catalog Sneak Peek Project…Enjoy the little things

Standard

Have you received the new catalog yet? Our best ever, I believe, will premiere on June 1st. You will be able to order from our online shop, or through me, your new best friend. ūüôā Why am I your new best friend, you say? Well, you’ll find out more next week but I’ll give you a hint *it’s going to be worth it to host a workshop this June with me.* Trust me. More on that next week, though, as we get closer to the catalog launch.

Throughout the next two weeks, until you are able to start purchasing new product, I will be sharing some projects I have made with items from the 2016-2017 Annual catalog.

Today’s sneak peek features the new Affectionately Yours suite–the Affectionately Yours Designer Series Paper and the Love and ¬†Affection stamp set. I also used the Layering Love stamp set, the new 2016-2018 in color, Dapper Denim ruched ribbon and ink. The card was so much fun to make. I cut the paper diagonally in half, so the card base peeks through. Something a little different for me.¬†The tag was something new, fun, and different for me. I can’t wait to make more of them!

I hope you love these projects and find some inspiration!

Inside, you’ll see some REALLY pretty DSP, a couple of stamps, a new banner punch that is part of a bundle (yay!), twine I am ready to dye, and markers. There was some other retiring products in my package as well. Plus, the in color ink and in color ink refills which are both to die for. The new colors are really great. Either together, or separately they make a great addition to your inks. New to buying refills, they are not just for your stamp bad anymore. You can use them as splatter, as watercolor, and misting. They are great. I am really looking forward to using them.

I was lucky enough to be able to purchase some of my favorite stamps from the new catalog; having used one stamp set already to make a cute card I will post soon.

It’s not too late to join my team and be able to order from the new catalog for your starter kit. At only $99 with $125 worth of product YOU get to choose, there’s no better deal. If you are interested in joining, you can sign up here or go to the Joining my Team FAQ here.

Hello, it’s me.

Standard

Hello stampers and crafters,

I thought I would briefly introduce myself to you. My name is Hannah. I am an avid paper crafter–from beginner to intermediate card making, decorating notebook covers, making my own mini albums from scratch and more. I am OBSESSED with collecting paper and washi tape. I have drawers and storage bins full of paper; and, washi tape galore. Yet, when I see a new paper pad or tape I like at a discount, I just gotta have it.

I am also a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. If you haven’t heard of Stampin’ Up yet, you are missing out! They have fabulous stamps, creative punches, the best ink pads, and the prettiest embellishments. To say I love the company I work for would be an understatement. If you would like to check us out, you can head on over here.

I hope you check back with me. I will be offering tutorials, information for in person classes, and of course everything Stampin’ Up! Looking forward to starting this journey with you.
